Walnut Studios In Collaboration With Levi’s Bring You Music Latte! (Watch Live Stream)
Corporate brands involvement in the music has got a long history and it is always seen as a huge support to the artists all over the world specially in upbringing and promotion of the younger talent. Even in Pakistan, the association of leading brands with music stars is nothing new and still is quite a popular phenomenon. And the recent addition to the list comes in the form of Levi’s, regarded as one of the iconic youth brands, who have collaborated with Walnut Studio to present a ‘Music latte’, which will be a novel idea and also one of its very own kind of a show in Pakistan’s history.
This is basically going to be a virtual gig showcasing the newer generation of musicians and singers who are the future of Pakistani music scene and it just not ends up here, this virtual gig will all be streamed live on facebook just as it happens. The gig is going to take place at the Levi’s flagship store in Lahore on this Sunday, 17th of February in front of a selected audience.
According to the event press release, the event will be opened by Abdullah Qureshi, a talented vocalist, who will be jamming live with various musicians, later to be joined by the popular band SYMT. Some of the leading names in upcoming talent, such as Taha and Rohan, Zahid Ummar, Gibran Saeed, Kanza and College Road will also be playing at the gig. The whole of the event will be recorded live, using high definition audio capturing tools with music by the maestro, Mekaal Hassan making it one of the most unique Pakistan based happenings on social media. The musical architect of this show, Walnut Studios will also be releasing online music videos of the artists after this performance ends up. Earlier they have already released 32 tracks & videos, which led to over 1 million local and global views.
