Salman Ahmad making music for Nair’s Reluctant Fundamentalist

This year, Junoon‘s music is in full swing as Salman Ahmad has a lot of surprises for his fans. As reported earlier, he is working with Peter Gabriel for a complete album, he’s also doing his first Bollywood soundtrack for a film about a rock band in which he will also be making a guest appearance and has also recently met the acclaimed US-based Indian film director and producer Mira Nair in New York to discuss the music for her upcoming drama film, The Reluctant Fundamentalist which is based on Pakistani author Mohsin Hamid’s bestseller literary piece.

David Lynch Music Foundation also recently released Salman Ahmad’s ‘Natchoon Gi’ (Remix by David Sisko of Disco Pusher) that features Valerie Geffner. ‘Natchoon Gi’ is a celebration for the spirit, the body, and the illuminated bridge between the two, you should take a listen to the song below:
