Sajid & Zeeshan’s Second Album, ‘The Harvest’ to Release Soon

The wait is over! Pakistani award-winning electronic music duo from Peshawar are back. Sajid Ghafoor and Zeeshan Parwez, of Peshawar, are a duo who have fused together electronic music and elements of acoustica / alternative guitar styles to come up with a fresh sound.

A good news for all their fans is that Sajid and Zeeshan‘s new album, “The Harvest” is ready to hit the stores. “We’re trying our level best for it to be out there before the end of April,” says Zeeshan. The songs are written by Sajid and arranged by Zeeshan. The music is more upbeat than their first album, One Light Year at Snail Speed. The tracks are somewhat uplifting and some of them are even danceable. It is very different from their previous work. The entire album is “very guitar-oriented. I’ve kept it this way,” says Zeeshan. They group has also collaborated with two other musicians — a trumpet player from Switzerland, Beno, who the band interacted with during his visit to Peshawar and local drum-maestro Gumby. A music video from their second album will be released in about 3 days time. The track is called “Walk on Air“. So keep a look out for that. We hope you all enjoy it.
