Ali Zafar – “I’ll be singing playback in Yash Raj film”

After singing playback successfully in his acting debut ‘Tere Bin Laden‘, the Prince of Pop, Ali Zafar will again be singing playback in his forthcoming Yash Raj film, co-starring Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif. Until yesterday, Ali Zafar was shooting for a YRF film, with Imran and Katrina, in Saif Ali Khan’s hometown Pataudi.

When asked about the shooting Ali said, “It was like a vacation. In Delhi, I went to buy a guitar and was mobbed,” he laughs. “Now I’m looking forward to returning to Mumbai to discuss some interesting offers.”

He further added that other than acting he will also be singing three songs in the film. He said, “I’ll be giving playback in the film and singing three songs.”

The music is by Sohail Sen, who was the music director of What’s Your Rashee.
